You are more than welcome to return or exchange an item within (5 days for Australian customers) or (10 days for International customers) from the date of purchase. Please email email@example.com with your order number to receive a returns authorisation number (RA number). Postage for all returns and exchanges must be paid for by the customer, we advise to use a tracking postal service as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.
Any requests for returns or exchanges out of these specified dates will not be fulfilled.
All items for return or exchange must not be worn, must be unused, in the original condition and have all labels and tags still attached. Unfortunately we won't accept items that don’t meet this criteria. After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
